Important: Our Return Policy

At Nivi Craft, every piece is a handcrafted masterpiece made specifically for you. Because of the delicate, artisan-made nature of our products, we have a strict "No Returns or Refunds" policy.

Only Exception: Wrong Product Delivered

We will only accept a return or refund in the single case where you have received the **wrong product** (an item completely different from what you ordered). In this case, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video as proof.

Refund Processing

If your return is approved due to receiving the wrong item, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's policies.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning the item (in case of wrong product delivery) will be covered by Nivi Craft. In all other cases, customers are responsible for shipping costs and these are non-refundable.
